What kind of a vehicles does Limo to Vail use?
We have a diverse fleet of vehicles to cater to our clients' needs. Our Private SUV service uses Chevrolet Tahoe or similar vehicles for exclusive and comfortable transportation. Our Luxury SUV service uses Chevrolet Suburban or similar vehicles for a first-class travel experience, and our Luxury Van service utilizes a spacious and luxurious Mercedes Sprinter 14 passenger van or similar vehicle.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can get a refund if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before departure, according to our cancellation policy. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of departure, you won't be eligible for a refund. In some situations, we may offer credit for another trip instead.
Does my reservation include a stop?
The Denver International Airport reservations provide a 15-minute break during the trip, while the Eagle County Regional Airport trip, being shorter than an hour, does not have a stop included. If you want to add a stop or extend the 15 included stop on your DEN reservation, please contact us to check if it is possible, please note that an additional stop fee may apply.
Can I get a ride to another ski resort in Colorado?
We're capable of arranging trips to any Colorado resort, so don't hesitate to contact us if you need a ride anywhere in Colorado. Regrettably, we currently only facilitate direct bookings for Vail and Beaver Creek, but we're working to broaden our reach to include online booking for all of Colorado.
Is my reservation confirmed as soon as I book it online?
Your reservation will be confirmed once you complete the booking process. We use an algorithm to consider availability and traffic on busy days. If capacity is approaching on certain dates, those days may be blocked off.
What if my flight is delayed?
It is typical for there to be delays at the airports we serve, often caused by weather. Our team will monitor your flight and accommodate late arrivals. You do not need to worry about updating us, unless there is a cancellation.
Can I book a shared ride?
Regrettably, at this moment, none of our transportation partners provide a shared shuttle service. However, our prices are competitive and occasionally, if you're traveling in a group, it may cost less per person than using a shared shuttle providers.
Can you accommodate groups larger than 14 passengers?
We are happy to accommodate groups with over 14 passengers. However, these trips cannot be booked directly online, so please get in touch with us to receive a quote for your group.
