Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. For reservations made through www.limotovail.com, cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time are refundable and subject to a 3% card processing fee of the final price paid. Changes to reservations made less than 48 hours before the start time will be subject to approval from our team. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable.

Service Provision Disclaimer: Limo to Vail LLP operates as a luxury transportation concierge company. Please note that we do not directly provide the transportation services booked through our website. The transportation services are fulfilled by third-party livery companies that we collaborate with.

All the transportation service providers associated with Limo to Vail adhere to the regulatory standards to ensure a safe and reliable travel experience for our customers.

Multi-day Bookings (Over Three (3) Consecutive Days): Reservations consisting of transportation services scheduled over more than three (3) consecutive days are considered multi-day bookings. Due to the extended vehicle and driver allocation required, such bookings are subject to a ten (10) day cancellation policy. Any cancellation, reduction in service days, or material modification to the reservation made less than ten (10) days prior to the first scheduled service date will result in the full reservation amount being deemed earned and non-refundable. Requests to modify schedules or service details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
