Cancellation Policy
Hourly services are provided on an as-directed basis and require a 3-hour minimum booking. By reserving an hourly service, the client agrees to the following terms: Minimum & Billing A 3-hour minimum applies to all hourly reservations. Time begins at the scheduled pickup/start time, not passenger arrival. Additional time beyond the minimum is billed in incremental units after the initial booking period. Vehicle Usage The vehicle and chauffeur remain exclusively assigned to the client during the reserved time. Service may include multiple stops and wait time within the booked period. Mileage is incidental and not unlimited; excessive mileage may require prior approval. Overtime Overtime is subject to chauffeur availability and is not guaranteed. Approved overtime will be billed at the applicable hourly rate. Start & End of Service Service concludes when the reserved time expires or when the client releases the vehicle, whichever occurs first. Early release of the vehicle does not reduce the minimum charge. Cancellations & No-Shows More than 48 hours before service: No charge Between 48 and 24 hours before service: 50% of the session price Less than 24 hours before service or no-show: 100% of the session price These fees apply regardless of reason, as vehicles and chauffeurs are reserved exclusively for the booking. Delays & Responsibility Client-caused delays (late departures, extended stops, itinerary changes) count toward booked time. Traffic, weather, and road conditions do not pause or stop time accrual. Conduct & Compliance All passengers must comply with local laws and vehicle safety policies. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service without refund in cases of unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
